Avoid depression and fearful days

Dear Folk, 

 We try to live as focused as possible, but we are having chat with old friends who are complaining about something, 

Watch yourself if you are involved or not. If you are continuing the conversation with sad stories and worries, stop! 

 Try to turn your focus on something else. 

 A beautiful memory or a good experience with people who were smiling together, or a great joke can help you to switch your mind to another mode. There are two directions: depressive thoughts or healing thoughts with your wish. 

 Your wish must be a directed one without harming anyone and whithout negation. 
 Do you need to do some exercise? 

 Do you wish to live a smooth life? 

 Yes?
