We might have a previous action or conversation, maybe a thought which could create something we need to face straight away.
Behind a complain can be a karmic reason, so we did something differently which was not pleasant to someone or we were talking about harmful things unconsciously and our words created a difficult situation.
Everything has the consequences.
If you did something unacceptable it gives you an unpleasant result.
Even you had a soup without pepper or salt, it has a reason.
Once the chef is not paying attention, because you did not pay attention once in the past.
We should forgive ourselves and others as well
If something is not threatening your life, you must not complain...
