Dear Folk, You know the magic of the forest, the fresh air makes you happy and you will sleep better after an excusrsion, because your blood is going to be closer to the optimal PH value. Any kind of heavy duty, stress or intensive sport can influence your blood, The ideal value is supposed to be as close to the Neutral as possible. Yoga practise and the warm temperature allows your body to eat only fruits and vegetables and your blood will be extremely alkalic, close to the value of 8. I am sure most of the consumers love cheese, wine or beer and some mouth watering meat, but they can have some tricks to have a healthy kidney and liver. You can pick up some ferns in the forest and you can cook them, if you want to save them in your garden, be very gentle with them because if you remove them from their own original place from the forest, the plants are going to be dependent. The ferns can be female and male ones, you can eat the spores from the male ones and you can have a small part of the root as well to clean your guts. After certain decades we might have some parazites in our intestines, it is better to remove them without surgery.
