sorry for being away for a long time

Dear Folk,

I am more than happy to announce I have been learning chemistry, biology in a deeper level.

On the level of the cells we have to know what is right and what is not so comfortable for the body...

If you eat raw vegetables and fruits with seeds they have more balanced minerals and vitamins than in any spread, any granules or easy to drink powder.

Feel free to read any healthy magazines and put your know-how in practice...

I am sharing some casual examples from my teacher and from my clients.

Let us start with one of the smallest size of healthy food:

100g of Sesame Seeds typically contains:

Energy
                               2470kJ 598kcal

Protein
                               18.2g

Carbohydrates
                               0.9g

Of which Sugars
                               0.4g

Fat
                               58.0g

Of which
Saturates               8.3g

Fibre
                              7.9g

Sesame Seeds are a natural source of Protein, Potassium, Vitamin E and Biotin.
Sesame Seeds are a natural excellent source of Fibre, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron,
Copper, Zinc, Manganese, Thiamine (B1), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Pantothenic Acid.
